But then I built a T3 Varus full AP (Ludens + Rabadons) with 6 Sorc buff (Yuumi) and suddenly his ability did 2.4k damage :D

Shoulda built Shojin instead of Ludens but oh well.

Yeah, he does a TON of damage with his arrow ability.

You can't see any scaling of abilities in this game as of now, so it's really hard to figure out how to itemize champions besides flat out trial and error.
