Clarification thread on TFT

The mode is lacking clarification on many things. In order to not make several different posts, i'm just gonna ask a few here and will add responses to the OP and possibly add additional questions asked by you all.

• How many of each champ are in the champ pool?

• Does "+ Spell Damage" increase things like Kassasin's shield or other passive abilities?

spell damage affects everything spell related, spell damage, shields, heals, health

• Does morello's work on passive abilities?
• Red Buff Item says "Attacks deal 2.5% burn damage". 2.5% what? my damage or their max health? burn damage over time?
