I'd really like to know who is the genius who made that sound thinking it was any good, and the other genius who didn't put a Mute option in TFT (besides the mute-all command).

Admittedly, I find it adorable. Granted, I also find my Toxic Hauntling's noise with face falling off as cute.

I do understand how it could be annoying. May I suggest 🎧? Sound play through that. Maybe just muting the client when doing strings of TFT if you are also watching something on another monitor.

I just /mute all and have the game sound on really low compared to whatever music I am playing. Sound literally does nothing in this game mode to help you win so just turn it way down IMO.
