What are you supposed to put on evelynn
She either does no damage or oneshots so it seems like a waste to put spell power on her.

I saw someone running hextech/shojin on her the other day and it was a nasty combo cuz she kept doing tons of damage and healing back up to full. Not as much of a hyper carry as Rengar but still pretty viable and less contested
Sorcerer, Hextech, Death cap, or Seraphs. potentially a Morello.
If you want her impactful, she almost NEEDS Sorc buff for mana regen.
