Limit Champions to ONE Banner's Glove item at a time.

Seriously, I'm sick of being getting lucky and smacking 2-3 gauntlets on one champ and instantly my entire teams unable to fight back and is constantly slowed completely. Ideally I'd say to make it where it's every item is a unique and cannot be stacked, but people would sadly complain that ruins their option to stack Guinsoos or etc.

So please limit the RNG items to one per champion, I'm really sick of someone getting ahead, smacking it on their tank. And their tank now slows my teams attack speed by like 70% and is unhittable.
