Ridiculous item-priority related bug

-- I had a level 1 Akali in play with Guinsoo's, Deathcap, and Spear of Shojin. Also had an Akali on the bench (so 1 more Akali for level 2). Carousel came around, I saw an Akali with chain vest and thought "sweet, I can pick her up, get lvl 2 Akali, and put the chain vest on someone else since I already have 3 complete items on her."

• My Akalis combine and guess what: THE CHAIN VEST KICKS OFF THE SPEAR OF SHOJIN.

Conclusion ---- If there are three complete items on a champion, under no circumstances should a single item kick off and replace a completed one. In that situation it changed my Akali from having 3 super strong, relevant items to only having 2 items and a chain vest (and no way to put the Spear of Shojin back on)
