Demote shortly after promotion?

Situation: Promote to Bronze 3, get 3rd place and win a few lp, lose a game at 7th place and go to 0, then get 5th place and get demoted with 75lp at Bronze 4???

That's the trade off for not having promos. Since you can promote much easier, you can demote much easier.
