Days I wish a Report Button existed in pre-game select

I wish there were a way to post the chat log I just witnessed in pre-game, but it usually starts with someone being angry/upset about a pick or ban - most often banning a champion someone wants to play and then the rage ensues. Verbal harassment, negative attitude, threats to intentionally feed, all of these things happen before a game even starts which usually causes someone to leave before the game starts. In this case what recourse do we have against such toxic behavior?

I believe Riot has chat logs of both pre and post game chats. Just report them and explain it in the description.

I think the OP is talking about drafts that get dodged. There is no way to report toxic ppl that you only witnessed pre game. I'm guessing the short exposure and the lack of actual game impact, and the ease of abuse of pregame reporting system are why this doesn't exist.

I just had to dodge (lame) a Ranked Draft.

Pick 1 jg pre-selects Olaf Pick 5 mid pre-selects Yasuo

Mid lane asks to get Yasuo locked in early and then trade. Yasuo gets locked in pick 1. Pick 5 goes to Olaf. (At this point I chose an AP top to avoid all AD). Mid lane says trade. trade. comeon dude trade. trade.

1 second left I had to dodge. Like wtf is this. I lose a minor 3 LP, but now I am on cooldown, if I dodge again my penalty goes up (I stopped dodging once I realized this). And the rude jg just goes on his way.
