It's still super broken. I didn't even want to run it, the game just kinda gave it to me so I just went with it. Got a Mage's Cap on both my Zyra and my Annie, Deathcap on Zyra, she was dealing upwards of 6k every round. Seems that tier 3's come too easily too. I ended with T3 Veigar, T3 Vlad, T3 Zyra, T2 everyone else (Zed, Brand, Annie, Taliyah). My summons were tanky and they did an absolute ton of damage, Vlad was tough to kill (though I didn't get really good items on him, so he was a lot squishier than he could've been). Basically I quickly just became unstoppable.

It's all about rng and who else is/isn't building what you are. Could have been no one else was building veigar. The times I've run him, lucky to get a 2 star. Never gotten enough to get 2, 2* veigars though much less a 3*. I did get zyra to 3* once though..
