Once he has a RFC, he's damn near impossible to kill and solos entire teams after Riot's buff.

How about no ?

Melee need it far more due to tile space being limited and no melee unit currently having "reach". I'd actually like to see the dev team expirement with some characters getting a 2 pannel melee range attack where reasonable. I.E if Kayn is ever added.

Voli sucks after the nerfs, just play Gunslinger with cursed blade or Demon with anything and he does nothing, also he's extremely item dependent as in he needs at least 4 if not 6 items to start doing stuff. The one Voli player I saw in my past few games stood no chance at all vs my Gunslingers.
