The changes to the champion pools today are very, very bad

I like the idea of making 2-3 drops more common but the lowering of 1 drops has made it feel impossible to get anything to rank 3. Also. I'm getting legendary units almost every role at level 6 and beyond. I can only assume this a bug. Game feels a lot worse now.
