Game lags at the start, increase the initial picking phase by 5-10 seconds?
I think this should help many players who experience first load lag spikes.

Yes, I've been getting the same problem and its really not fair when i get some shitty champion with a defensive item...
This happens to me all the time. it really sucks when I finally load in, see a champ with an item I want, I run towards them and then selection ends and I end up with Twisted Fate (WHO SUCKS) with a chainmail vest. It only happens at the beginning of the game but it is a real problem.
