Defensive items on TFT are better then they are on SR

In the last game of TFT I played, one player got a pretty early (round 7) 3 star Kassadin

He then put Dragons Claw (83% MR) item 3046 (immune to crits) and item 3124 (infinite scaling AS)

So the Kass was almost immune to magic damage, immune to crits, and his attacks grant him a shield, and his attacks get faster the longer the game goes

When that game of TFT ended, the Kass player was still at 100 hp because Kass couldnt be killed

Meanwhile in SR I have 150+ MR and 250+ armor, and still die in less then 3 seconds

Try a 3 star Shyvanna With Warmogs, Tmail and either Gunblade or Frozen heart. Asol gives the magic immune.

Also works with gnar

The shapeshift synergy easily pits them at over 5k health and it can be almost impossible for some teams to kill her since would heal up so much from warmogs while tmail would kill them first, even when permastunned against a glacial comp.

Only risk is that they must transform first, I was literally on 7 hp for atleast 20 rounds. Omly lost when shyvana got cursed out of my 9 units
