Can Guardian Angel not give Soulbound just free extended time?

It's one thing to have to go through an entire team to kill the backline Senna, meanwhile Lucian gets an absurd number of constant Ults while in his death state, but for him to stick around when by all means Senna has died, it just enforces my hate on Protect the Carry comps more, except now you don't even need to position your team well. Just send Lucian to wolves.
