New urgot spits out old urgot meat onto barbecue Leona's grill, which is sizzling hot, she skewers old urgot meat and presents it as tribute to The River King, Tahm Kench. He eats the whole thing in one gulp and says "delectable..." Then starts playing the Tahm Kench theme on his tongue, except it's squealy electric guitar. New Urgot starts blasting rounds into the air like it's Texas on the 4th of July. Cut to black. The words appear: "League of Legends 2017. The Battle Crab is Back."

Wait, is THAT what happened to the reworked champions? They killed themselves and Riot, like panicking parents, just made a new champion that sort of looked like them and hoped we wouldn't notice?

could be a theory, but it would be very dependent on the champion. in cases like galio nobody remembered him with his 0.1% playrate a complete overhaul was needed but in others like warwick there was much more that was salvageable.

I want an askriot on what makes them determine whether a vgu becomes a modernization vs. a complete overhaul.

whenever i see urgot i remember immortan joe from mad max lol hes soooooo terrifying and badass at the same time , special thanks to the team that worked on urgot , warwick , galio. Please give them a present or something memorable because they deserve it

And then the Skyrim Dragon with the Macho Man mod comes in like "Need a little spice? Snap into a slim jim!!" and shyvana's all pissed, so she does the falcon punch from mario kart into the macho man, and when she comes out the other side WHAM! IT"S ACTUALLY A SHYVANA REWORK ALL ALONG, but then gangplank is all angry, he summons a barrel with the letters"JK" on it, Tahm kench and hulk hogan scream "NOOOOOOO" as he shoots the barrel, and the screens cuts to black... and then, from the dust and smoke caused by the explosion, it emerges... The new Ryze who says "I think this is the one". Cut to Riot logo breaking your screen again.

After Urgot. When, i'm not exactly sure as Kayn has been announced recently and is on PBE (like a week ago) so i thought Urgot would be at least a month later. This may mean Eve would follow soon-ish (like a month or so after Urgot, for real this time) but that doesn't mean it has to be the case.

Riot will release them when they think they're ready and that's when the teasers would start to pop up.

well, i assume they're gonna have a new champ after Urgot, so new champ maybe a month after him, then Eve a month later :P i suspect Eve reveal at least maybe in September or October. since i'm assuming they're gonna have at least one pure balance patch after Urgot, start PBE testing on new champion maybe next patch after that in August. maybe reveal Eve at the end of August but i doubt it, then release Eve sometime in between early September - late October. it all depends on when they release the next champion after Urgot really.

I think it was "New champ (Kayne/Rhaast), Urgot, Eve". A Rioter (forgot who) did give us an approximate schedule but i forgot if in between Eve and Urgot is another new champion or not.

Again, it really depends how far they've come with finishing up business with Eve and tying up loose ends but if there indeed is another new champion in between, we're talking 3 months at least. I mean, i think even if both ended up ready for release at the same time, Riot wouldn't do it back to back.
