The absolute worst part of Riot's approach to player feedback

Is the fact that they absolutely ignore it. Not even so much a sentence in the patch notes about the community's growing disdain for the current RNG item system. Not even a word.

I would actually have been happy if Riot said "Look, players, we know you hate RNG items -- but we don't care, go fuck yourselves."

At least then I know where they stand on the matter. At least then I know they're listening. At least then I know they actually read player feedback and respond to it, and they're not just on their own fucking program doing whatever the hell they want, damn the community.

But nope. Not a single word in the patch notes about it. No confirmation at all.

So 3 possibilities exist: 1.) Its a big elephant in the room that they don't know how to address. This is unacceptable for a company that's almost 10 years old. Problems in software are innate to software as a concept. Being able to address and solve those problems is what makes a software company a software company. Git gud.

2.) You actually don't even read these boards, or reddit, or facebook, or twitter, or any other platform in which your players provide feedback on your product.

3.) You have read our feedback -- but you just don't give a shit.

This is the single biggest, most consistent complaint about this game mode. Dwarfing any other gripe or concern by a LONG shot. Even the people who enjoy this game mode and have fun with it (myself included) think the RNG item system is absolute garbage, and a detriment to the experience as a whole.

NOBODY LIKES THIS SYSTEM. EVERYONE IS COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS SYSTEM.

And here we are in the 2nd (3rd?) patch, and still not even so much as a goddamn "That's the way it is, suck it up sally" in your patch notes.

AT LEAST GIVE US THE GODDAMN TIME OF DAY, RIOT.
