They need to hurry up and make a tenacity option, perma CC Glacials is just utter cancer

And it's simply because you can't outplay it, at all, it's all fucking luck no matter what you try to do.

• Demons/Hush so they cant cast their CC AOE ults? RNG, you can get fucked and not get a single proc in an entire round while ALSO getting perma-stunned.
• Disarm so Glacials can't auto attack? Same problem
• Void Assassin? Gotta hope that crit chance rings true and you 1 shot their characters or else you're getting perma-stunned. Though really countering cancer with cancer isn't a good solution either.
• Dragon-claw so they kill themselves off block damage? He can get perma-stunned so he can never throw up his shield

Seriously, just rework glacial into an attack-speed slow, they already have plenty of hard CC + AOE abilities that are beyond easy to proc multiple times in a fight so why they need an additional cancerous on-hit chance of completely disabling champions is beyond me.
