Everyone was complaining about item/carousel/champion/etc rng being too heavy so you increased the item RNG by making full item drops possible and then added more RNG with this new hextech bullshit that can either get every single item on the enemy team or that one stray negatron cloak in the corner of the map.
Like we get it you want us to have no control over the game, stop enforcing it even more.

i played like 8 games of tft, you know, the gamemode that replaced nexus blitz, which got way more positive feedback, and stopped playing when I realized this game has zero skill expression and is 90% rng.

Full item drops were possible before, but there would only be one in a carousel. They lowered the RNG by making more full item drops available at once in the later stages.
