Easy steps to balance the carousel round, and make it more dynamic.

BALANCE 1.) Put all the players in the middle. 2.) Put all the champions on the outside, equidistant from the players. 3.) Make them stationary. 4.) Remove little legends hit boxes, or better yet -- Why do I need to see the other little legends at all? Give me a readout of whose turn it is and what they picked. Let me pick when its my turn.

DYNAMIC-NESS Yeah I'm not even sure that's a word...

1.) Carousel 1 can have the normal lockout system that we have right now. Gives players time to think. Allows lower tier players priority picks. 2.) Carousel 2 can have a daisy chain lockout. Player 7 can pick as soon as player 8 is done, or when 2-3 seconds have passed. Still get time to think, but not as much. Lower tier players still get priority, but they gotta move fast. 3.) Carousel 3 and onward is a madhouse free for all first come first served, you get what you get regardless of standings.

With the time changes of carousel rounds, we can take that wasted time we had before and funnel it into mid and late game intermission rounds to allow players more time to think about strategy. I call that a win win.

Sounds like it would be better at least. I still dislike the who carousel concept though.
