Hextech Bonus is removing counterplay to a ton of comps

A lot of the time, your only real chance of dealing with somebody's composition is the items (hope and pray) you get. Being able to splash in a hextech bonus that will consistently remove those items feels like a slap in the face considering how easy it is to get versus how hard the items are to get. I really think the hextech bonus should be reworked into something else, because at the moment it feels unfair af

It's also often the only counterplay to a lot of comps that just stack items on one champion and win.

Hextech is getting removed. I think Hextech is a good thing tbh. Counters dragon/guardian, which is op right now anyways, forces player to position properly, and punishes your opponents for not placing decoy items.

This is why I already hate set 2, positioning has little to do with the game anymore. There is no strategy, just find synergies and let the AI brawl it out. What a boring game. It’s mechanics like Hextech that keep the game interesting and more importantly a strategy game. Without mechanics like it, tft is literally an auto battler. yawn
