I really wonder if the glacial nerfs are enough...

I kept track of my last 12 games in 6 off those games, glacial got 1st place in all but 1, atleast 1 glacial was top 3 In 6 off those games. 2+ glacials were top 3 in one game, all top 4 were glacial

In theory, an overused strategie should not be as succesfull cause of shared pool, yet glacial is by far the most used and most succesfull strategy.

Now as i see it, there are 5 big issues with it: Ashe+guinsoos is a guranteed permastun on 1 target, potentially more with spear and/or hurricane Seju 2* has a 4sec stun that hits nearly the entier field Kindred has 4sec immortality for the backline Phantom buff is broken if it hits any important target Braum is by far the strongest frontline in the game, buying the time for guinsoos to ramp up and for the rangers to trigger their perk. Not even a 6 brawler cho can soak remotly as much damage(unless braum is CC locked and can't cast), while braum also denys skillshots like varus or ahrie from reaching the backline.

On top of that, they have a plan B with elementals, which after the buffs to lis and anivia are quite strong aswell and give a high chance for atleast top 4 should to many others go for ashe/seju

Sure, seju gets nerfed, glacial gets nerfed and kindred gets nerfed, but imo neither glacial nor seju nef will do anything, 0.5sec less is still a massive 3.5sec on sejus stun, still twice as much as cho has as the other big CC tier 4, and .5sec less on glacial will only hurt non ashe glacials, but rageblade ashe will still permafreeze as if nothing happend. And while the kindred nerf is atleast noticeable, 3sec still is often enough to survive crucial burst and then CC lock befor they can follow up. It mostly hurts the poor guys don't get their kindret to lvl 2.

TBH, i don't think glacial can be balanced by numbers, they need a rework, probably as-slow instead. Wouldn't mind changes to the on-hit CC items aswell, gunslingers with the right items can be just as nuts, though they atleast need rageblade+1-2 other items and give up damage for that, and they don't have other CC in their setup.
