Phantom is not good design
Anyone else think the Phantom buff is too BS and RNG compared to other synergies? I personally think it should be totally reworked.

I think it could be fine if the only phantom L1 wasn't such a puss. Mord is aweful, there are so many other overall gameplans that are better. If Morde weremore useable, then it would be better. All the other phantoms are also mostly niche plays, so its really awkward getting it all put together, and then the payoff isn't that great except every now and then. I had once where phantom happened to create a vulnerability in my positioning that wrecked me, but all the other times I never really lose to someone using it.
