Just tried hextech and got cuckold pretty hard
Don't know why ppl complain, got some hextech bois and still got cuckold hard.
Some brawlers, knights , one ninja and 3 noble work better for me.

You being bad at handling hextech doesn't mean that the trait is bad or weak. It just means that you were bad at utilizing it. People who actually use it properly know how cancerous the trait is and how unhealthy it is for the game.
It's not Hextech Specifically. It's (2) Hextech Vi + Jinx with Gunslinger and Brawlers. Works on a Cho Gath team with Rek Sai and one other Brawler, and 2-4 Gunslingers + maybe (3) Sorcerer.
If you have a comp that does massive aoe damage like Gangplank/Cho Gath, Jinx gets Excited early and hard, while their items are still down, and starts spraying rockets over and over that can do upwards of 980 damage aoes, depending on her itemization. If you add a Runaan's to her, this begins overlapping and she can eradicate an entire team of 3-4k champs in 2 seconds.
It's basically made the meta team even stronger.
You Don't Theme Hextech. You Theme Gunslinger/Brawler with a Splash of Hextech.
Hextech champs themselves are pretty weak. You use them for a gentle splash but majority of your power should be coming from other synergies.
