Neekos first language isn't the main language of Valoran/shurima, heck on her old island she didn't even have 2 talk; her people just communicated psuedo-telepathically my exchanging parts of thier sho'ma (spirit) kinda like ants with pheromones. She talks like that bc she's learning the language. The reason she's lesbian is bc when she shape shifts she takes on the other person's aspects and sho'ma, she kinda becomes them and as a female she's more comfortable with the female anatomy.
Actually your not supposed 2 even like Qiyana where she is in her story arc right morde she is an unforgivable villian who is completely self absorbed, and she fills the niche of probably being the most arrogant human characters. She may have her "reasons": being incredibly talented royalty that normally nvr would b granted anything if she wasn't taking action. But she's legitimate designed to not be likeable atm.
Yuumi is a cat, either u like that or u don't. But that isnt a flaw in her character design.
Zoe's an irresponsible preteen given the power of an aspect, ur not really supposed 2 like her either, still not a flaw in her design, sometimes kids aren't enjoyable personalities.
Kai'sa is the only one who is objectively a flawed character design. Basically her whole design suffers from a lack of direction. In terms of her character they got stuck between Samsus, Laura Croft and Kerrigan for inspiration and didn't pick a path 2 follow. This is why she has no interesting personality. They had 2 fill the empty space with something.

Also whose brilliant idea was it to give him an ult that with only 5 more kills than his twitch have more gold despite the 200cs gap.
Did I mention I hate his ult.

TakaDama10 votesAs far the Darius E vs Teemo Q thing goes, I believe I heard it is actually a discrepancy in terms of how Riot measures the range of certain skills; in this case, Darius's E is actually measured from the edge of his model and Teemo's Q is measured from the center of his model.
No idea how that happens but shrug.

Pyke is overpowered. Mianly bc of his ULT. his kit is decent but when you have an excute ult (that you can use multiple times) then he just becomes OP AF. He should either have 1 strike with his ulti or his health regen/ invisi/ speed boost.. should be significantely nerfed.
He literally has a blitz grab.. invisibilty.. speed boost... quick health regen.. multiple execute. extra gold.. bruiser dmg. I mean you read this back and you think I'm exagerating. But no thats literally his whole kit.
Yas.. well.. What can be said that we dont already know. Anyone who learns how to at least half ass play him, only need IE and statik shiv to be OP at level 6, soo... Its just your typical broken champ. But he'll never be fixed, just like referees refrain from giving super stars fouls, bc theyre the cover boys.

Or at least remove his grey health along with one of either his ult resetting or making him only have 1 escape tool. The guy can go invis while gaining large amount of movespeed to run/chase and converts grey health into health while invis and he has a dash that can go any direction which leaves a dumb trail that will stun any enemies on it. How the hell is that fair? I'm not even mentioning his bs execute damage on his ult and giving cuts not only to other champs but himself as well even though he already gets gold from the kill. An assassin should be high risk high reward, not high reward low risk.

New Taric is salvageable but far from his fighter warden hybrid. He's so far pushed to being an enchanter now.
rework is one of the few that got things right. Keeping her tackle exactly as it was, reworking her passive into her W, and having a new execution on the "isolate a target" ult.
lost a huge bulk of his trading power in favor of an extremely mana-intensive heal (while losing his extra self heal) and a shield at the cost of his armor shred are the biggest issues.

When you're supporting him he does no damage and just jumps around. When you're against him he can play very safely. Overall he just makes the laning phase a bore.
is a very close second though. Not because it is boring, but because he gets so much safety and damage it's ridiculous that Riot thinks that's okay for a support in bot lane.

Hate how popular she is and how easily she can get out of control, especially as a support, never seen one that builds supportive items unironically.
is close second, you can't even touch the enemy ADC's HP bar because Yuumi annoying healing and you pretty much can do nothing to prevent that. And also the Yuumi on my team is always bad, every time she is on my team is utterly useless, but on the enemy she is the most useful person.
