TFT champ rotation balancing.

More a rant than anything else, but can we work on the champ RNG in this game mode next? Just literally had a game where one player got a rank 3 Tristana by stage 2-3. Meanwhile I could not get a single rank 2 champ AT ALL until 2-6. That same player also got 7 items from minions where I got 13g and a BF sword.
