Is that supposed to work like that? Autofill protected for one champ select, someone dodges then next champ select i'm autofilled. That should not work like that.

It used to be like that a long time ago. Then Riot enabled it for everyone for some reason, and never changed back since.

i really don't think they was much "thinking" involved in his case... or reading for that matter..
also to address the OP, even as a support secondary... yeah that is stupid, if they is a remake or a dodge you should not be placed into autofill.

I mean, I am protected for something like 2 games after playing support, and I actually end up support maybe once every 10 to 15 games. Doesn't matter how long the protection is, and if dodges count or not, it wouldn't change a damn thing about how often I actually play support...

I think Akashic was talking about when SOMEBODY ELSE dodges, then that game shouldn’t count towards the number of games that he is auto filled protected.

It depends on how rito coded it, if they wanted it to be for when you enter champ select then I think it is supposed to work like that. But if it is for when you actually go into game then that might be a bug.
If riot does address this then it might be a good idea to see if the auto filled protection is still active on you if the enemy team remakes.

if you actually get in game and it ends up being remade, then it does count against you.
