Why bother queueing up if you are just going to call GG at 3 min?

LIke seriously. Doesn't matter the game mode. Ranked, ARAM etc. If you are just going to tilt because you couldn't dodge a lvl 1 skill shot and died to it never means the game is over. So stop calling GG and just play it out. That one person giving up and saying GG is the real reason why the game is lost.

For a lot of idiots the games only good if they do well by stats. If they lose lane or feel outclassed they want it to end so they can get a better matchup to stomp.

BLIGHTBRINGER5/23/2019, 8:29:31 AM13 votes

Would you honestly play a game where the score is 3/17?

I agree with not surrendering so much in general but at some point you're not really given a choice, and in such a situation I wouldn't really want to waste 10-15 minutes playing a game where it's sort of hopeless.

hhaavviikk5/23/2019, 10:41:25 AM7 votes

wish I would get people that quickly surrender, score could be 0-20 in ARAM 10 minutes in and team refuses to surrender, it's frustrating

I hate finishing games early, no matter if I'm in the team who's ffing or not.

Early deciders suck ass.

GoldsmithSmarty5/23/2019, 3:39:40 PM5 votes

Yeah, I hate that too. Also, this one player calls the surrender vote right in the middle of the fight every time and it distracts you. It is so frustrating. Why do you even play League if you can't handle a tough game or a good challenge? Games where you stomp them 2/50 are boring.

haaaaaaalp5/23/2019, 8:39:00 AM4 votes

Because that is the game everyone is queuing up to play. League isn't the 30-40 minute game like it use to be. If you are queuing up expecting a long game, you are the problem. League is in a hypersnowball meta where the game is won or lost in minutes. If you don't understand that when you queue up, that is on you.

Maybe on 3v3, where first blood decides the entire pace of the game from that point forward, but there shouldn't be any excuse for saying that on Summoner's Rift unless you have someone inting/trolling.

Cevrad5/23/2019, 4:29:39 PM2 votes

This depends on the ELO. In diamond+ there is actually some truth to the reality of GG at 3 minutes. In low elo you can stall out the game for 50 minutes for a single teamfight at max items even down 20k gold, so its whatever, people should always play it out.

PaladinNO5/23/2019, 5:34:52 PM2 votes

The votes says 9 people needs to work on their attitudes.

As for the game, it's over when it's over, because - as it says on the tin - it's A GAME!

OgSc5/23/2019, 8:20:32 PM2 votes

I only gg if my botlane ints. Cuz nothing I do matters if they int.

This game is more snowbally than it's ever been. People get tilted a lot more easily.

Barkley5/23/2019, 11:01:58 PM2 votes

legit nothing worse in this game than someone who gives up at 3 mins.

Should be a bannable offense.

CaeIus5/23/2019, 11:09:23 PM2 votes

True. Every single game there is someone that dies and calls GG and it's completely tilted, that if they don't quit or plain troll (walk straight to mid tower).

ÈvilMorty5/24/2019, 3:00:34 AM2 votes

if you yourself are getting stomped, the best course of action is to play safe and be carry-able. Not constant 1v5s or constant skirmishes

However, if its 0-10 at 5min thats a gg and you can not possibly tell me otherwise

Same reason people bring champs they have no experience with into ranked games. Because they're garbage human beings and Riot doesn't care about a decent community, only about the money and higher tier play. I hate this game most of the time because of the people I'm forced to play with and the quality of players on both teams being so grossly skewed, not even CLOSE to evenly matched.

People will do this because Riot honestly doesn't care and there's no repercussion for working against your team or being complete garbage because you brought a new champ into ranked or because you're just a shitty person.

Predatorator5/23/2019, 5:30:58 PM1 votes

this so much!

Shiroyashayami5/24/2019, 5:15:11 PM1 votes

Do you know that League is shit? They are frustrated and hate the game, but they are addicted, so they cannot quit. They go into a game and then they realise that they don't want to play it. I had it too. I also had days when I looked at the game and didn't want to click the "play" button. And when I clicked I wanted to win, until the game started and I looked at this shitty game. Now I am over it, because I don't care about ranks anymore. Who needs to be diamond anyways xd

It is Riot's fault really. They can't make the game engaging anymore. They did a lot of stupid changes and introduced RNG to the game. There is nothing worse than losing because of something random like drakes or crab or plants or crits or Zoe or other stupid bullshit. Also simplifying the advanced game mechanics so that bad players don't complain is dumb, like those jng changes from season 5 onwards and stealth changes. It was not so hard to put a pink ward when Shaco or Vayne was invisible, but bad players were mad at having to press 1 more button during a fight, so that mechanic was removed. Like many others. There are also changes that we don't get informed about. Like Shaco's clone appearing at random direction, instead on left or right side of the character. Now they fixed it. But back then they didn't informed anybody that it was changed to random direction.

The saddest thing is that they do this even when their stat is not terrible and all other lanes are actually winning. We lost a game because a 0/2/0 toplaner gave up the game just because of his 2 deaths while we won bot and mid...

Jaehyuk Choi5/24/2019, 10:14:09 AM1 votes

They might have been tilted from earlier game or from something that they disliked in the current game which would probably be their teammates dieing in a matter of few minutes.

They exist at anywhere, it's just their personality and they cannot keep it in themselves. Everyone gets rage but those people are who cannot keep it inside and just let's it out (on their own teammates most of the times)

Best thing to do is to mute that person, tell ur team to mute the person and keep playing ur best because that person will continue typing if anyone else responds. Dont give those people attention, just play ur own game

Noblewind5/24/2019, 4:24:46 PM1 votes

Imagine playing a sport and the moment you go behind one of your teammates just quits. That's what you have to deal with on some level in League on a daily basis.

Wanting to 'next' at 15 or 20 when your team is down 20-2 is one thing. I'm still not a fan of that but I do get it. Quitting at literally 1 disadvantage is just throwing a hissy fit, might as well slap a 'I am a child' label on your chest everywhere you go.
