What are the worst full items in the game?

Reaversal2 votesSword of the Divine's probably the worst completed item solely for the fact that you're throwing away two really good carry item components for an item that might not even do anything.
Maybe it's good on, like, Rengar or something.
PeachsProperty1 voteseven on Rengar its bad considering you could likely of made a better item for him.
bets use is on rangers just for their increased atk speed and low overall base dmg.
