So which items stack and which ones don't?

I've noticed that two Ionic Sparks don't stack, ive tried putting them both on one champion and on separate champions and every spellcast triggers just one damage proc, meanwhile seems to be hitting double if you have two even on the same champ.

What items stack? Does stack? What about disarm/silence/cursed blade on the same champion? Double the chance or nothing at all?

Redbuff and ionic spark and morello dont stack but im pretty sure everything else does

you could have a melee champ like voli or chogath with 3 rapid fire cannons standing on the farthest back autoing someone on the other side of the field :P
