As usual, tiers are subjective to the person that makes them.

My opinion regarding this one:

Early: Drop Nidalee to A, add Braum to S.

Mid: drop Varus and Trist to A.

Late: drop Sej to A.

I think this chart refers to 2 star versions of those champs, so 3 star versions should make them vayr, the same as the items and the comp, as an example, if its a 3 star Poppy and/or Braum, that is enough to put them on late game S tier, any 4 coin champion at 3 stars is an S tier at any point of the game, and if you 3 get to 3 stars a 5 coin champ, youre god.

Using tier list for TFT seems dumb. It depends on what kind of synergies you can create not on the units by them self. This might work as tier list on what units to stack items nothing more and even then it would be wrong as you want to put items on units you either plan to sell for something else or the ones that you most likely keep till end.
