Elise in TFT seems unbelievably weak

As one of the mid-tier shapeshifters, she is extremely weak in terms of damage and durability, even when upgraded to level 2 and under shapeshifter buff. Might want to look into possible buffs for her. As a point of reference, Nidalee is a low tier shapeshifter and lasts probably twice as long and does more damage.
