Item combinations need tweaking

Virtually anything you build with a recurve bow or a chain vest is S-tier.

Virtually anything you build with a negatron cloak or a giants belt is D-tier or F-tier.

Need to mix this up so that all item components are at least close to equal value.

I don't have any suggestions how -- I'm just pointing out the problem. Because this is America and that's how this works. I call out the problem, and then I expect everyone else to fix it for me while putting in zero effort of my own.

Huh its patch 9.14 now negatron cloak and Giants belt both have pretty great item combos now if anything item reliance has went up even more which is a problem. Warmogs, Morello's, Dragon's claw, Cursed blade, titanic hydra, red buff. All the on hit items are much better now..some people think cursed blade is the most broken and you need a negatron for it.

You still need a bow for cursed blade....

The OP is correct, way too much good stuff comes from the recurve bow and it is still the most coveted item.

Consider phantom dancer (bow+vest) to counter assassin comps that everyone is playing. Thats great, except phantom dancer is countered with rage fire cannon (bow+bow). Obviously there arent enough bows for 6-8 people to remotely build an assassin defense, then you have the assassin teams taking twice as many of them to counter the phantom dancers.

That doesnt even touch all the bows people want for guinsoo's, with how attacking generates mana to cast ultimates, is good for every single character in the game. The bow offense items need to be split into using 2 other components until its more equally desired.
