Item combinations need tweaking

Virtually anything you build with a recurve bow or a chain vest is S-tier.

Virtually anything you build with a negatron cloak or a giants belt is D-tier or F-tier.

Need to mix this up so that all item components are at least close to equal value.

I don't have any suggestions how -- I'm just pointing out the problem. Because this is America and that's how this works. I call out the problem, and then I expect everyone else to fix it for me while putting in zero effort of my own.
