But seriously:

-Although I did get Fiora and Vayne 2 stars before the first pvp round..... I didn't get a second Lucian until after I had almost LOST (11 HP), and didn't get a Garen until even after that.

-I went about 4 1/2 full rounds without a Garen or 2 Star Lucian, or items. Even got Kayle before I got Leona.

....... and then at 11 HP I blew all my 50 Coins and Viola!

RNG trolls you. For sure.
