What's with the weird symbols (!@#$%) when you pick up a champ in carousel?
Do they mean anything? Why are they there?

I think someone posted in a Reddit a few months ago that they are random except for high cost units. In that case, there will be more money signs. I don't think Riot has said anything official about it.
My theory is it is just Little Legend speak.
Kind of like how the Sims have their own language.
