Battle Rounds length fix.

When you are fighting, and that horn goes off to increase the power of everyone so the fight ends.

If it doesn't after a certain time it's a DRAW, I've drawn MANY times I was about to CLEARLY 100% win.

When the horn blows, the horn blowing segment needs to last about 3-4x longer.

So an extra 20-30 secs, then the game is pretty fixed.
