(No name) Jinx's real sister champ concept

It's a little play based on something Jinx says, "You think I'm crazy? You should see my sister." And figured since it just ends there that I might try to present a fill in. Of course I gotta try to get crazier than jinx with a mini-gun and rocket launcher while also having some speed and damage to complement her style.

Now looking, we have Vi the jungler, jinx the ADC (cait isn't from zhan), and ekko the assassin/mage. So missing a top laner and a support. I don't wanna step on toes but I know it happens so I'll go a little with both. A top laner with utility to support that complements jinx quite well.

How to complement: Jinx has damage, attack speed, range. Doesn't have an escape (besides the traps which are only useful in 1 direction or blocking an escape with really long cooldown) and passive speed boost only works with kills or assists.

What complements: Slows, escapes, or lots of damage burst to finish off an opponent.

What is a weapon that says crazy. Like beyond crazier than jinx? Strikes fear, coolness, and will really hurt and use that cool transform feature?

How about a chainsaw as a motorcycle! YEAAAAAH, lets rev it up baby!!!

Well with this champ idk what I'm doing so forgive me if I make a list of possibles as time goes on but out of anything I found

Passive- (just going to list possibles) Gains movement speed based on attack speed (or vice versa). Using an ability increases attack speed and gives lifesteal based on level for a few seconds (she is a lunatic and needs sustain to make up for jinx having none). Ults deal half damage to this champ at lvl 18 (just a joke like she cuts jinx's missile in half or something). Gains health if you get a kill or assist (Like the mastery to complement but allows you to tower dive and secure a kill for jinx).

Damage mode- Chainsaw.

Q- (Dash) Dashes to a direction and swings chainsaw in a wide arc dealing damage to those around her. Can be used 2 times before going on cooldown. Basic attacks decrease cooldown of this ability.

W- (furious swipes): Gains increased attack speed and deals AoE damage.

E- (copy kassadin's E except by dealing so many attacks or killing 3 units it dulls the chains of the chainsaw. But can activate to either shatter the chains and launch them to an area that slows and damages enemies that are in it or throws the chains at an enemy and wraps around them dealing damage to them if they move) Increases damage and gains lifesteal that decays over the next few attacks (no duration). Basic attacks decrease cooldown of this ability.

R- Switching gears. Changes chainsaw into motorcycle form gaining movement speed and knocks back anyone around her as she transforms. She also gains a shield over her health that if broken will knock her off her bike. If she is knocked off her bike returning her to chainsaw mode her R cooldown is greatly reduced.

Thinking the motorsawcool should be more like she is riding a surf board she controls with 1 handle so other hand is free to shoot.

Speed mode- Motorsawcool. Gains a ranged attack by pulling out one of her chains and uses it like a whip. (Doesn't change her facing direction to shoot, just aims blindly. Also holds most of her support mode where she is ranged.)

Q- Throws a grenade that can chase down and snap to an enemy champ for a short distance.

W- Asks an ally to hop on your bike with you. If they click you (like thresh lantern) you drag them around behind you (can't have a sidecar and animation for that per ally champ is a little silly) for a few seconds. You gain movement speed and they can jump off in any direction for a short distance and deal bonus damage for a few seconds (so you can carry a tank into a teamfight or hurt ally away from enemies and they can escape over wall before duration is over).

E- Main dash that leaves a burning trail. Also if she hits an enemy champion during the dash she will drive over them knocking them behind her and slowing them (you just ran someone over with a chainsaw).

R- Switches to chainsaw.

Very buggy and unsure just yet but I feel the chainsaw and motorcycle kinda go with the adrenaline crazed sisters idea.
