Ball'n'chain tank champ concept.
Sort of one of my favorite kind of weapons I haven't seen yet on league and not sure just how to utilize it but I can try giving an idea. With this being a slow champ that hits hard but isn't so much burst damage or tank may be an fury (or alike that plays with the windup) champ instead of the normal mana. Getting right in his face to make him basic attack you lessening his sustained effectiveness to out poke you.
Passive- (similar to Thresh E passive) Basic attacks have a windup. Ranks in ult increases windup speed.
Q- Usually skillshot: Launches the ball in a direction. Increasing rank increases range of skill. Reactivate to whip the ball into the ground for AoE damage and immediately returns.
If W is used instead of reactivating or not reactivating at all then the ball will swing towards the cursor in a quarter circle knocking enemies in that direction. If E is used, the champ will pull himself and any enemies immediately in front of him towards the ball.
W- Crushing windmill: Starts spinning the ball overhead, while losing movement speed, damages those hit in the area of the ball'n'chain but much greater damage when hit by the ball. May be reactivated to pull the ball back and swing it high into the air before crushing down onto a targeted area AoE.
E- Dash: uses ball to launch himself into a direction, after a short cast time.
R- Launches champ into the air after a channel with a landing place indicated (similar to panthian ult but less range) and crashes down with the ball overhead. Those directly under champ and the ball take true damage and is stunned. Those outside center but in the radius are knocked up and slowed while inside the affected area or during duration. Champs windup passive also generates faster during duration.
If anything this is an idea or example. I don't have enough skill to think up stats and draw portrates like other summoners do but hey. I'm thinking mechanics similar to fun weapons. NEXT IS CHAINSAW/MOTORCYCLE.
