Normal games - tiered practice

I’ve just recently come back from a 9 month hiatus and have noticed 2 glaring problems with league.

1- the meta is shifting far too quickly this season 2- people are incredibly toxic when inexperienced players are on their team

So, I had the idea (I’m sure someone has posted it before now) that riot should implement a practice league. The league would be tiered based off the number of games you’ve played with a champion.

So if you queue for the 0-10 tier, the only champions available to you are champions that you have played 0 up to 10 times. Then there is a tier for 11-25, 26-50.

What I have found personally is that trying to learn new champions, even in normals, is incredibly frustrating because I’m a high gold player and will inevitably get matched against high gold players that have 30+ games on their champions. So learning a new champion when you’re getting completely smashed by experienced players is so frustrating that I just stick with my old champions. Then I get frustrated because they are off meta now (see ivern).

Just a thought.
