LORE A dark shadow begins to rupture the earth of Runeterra as the influence of the Void seeps further and further down into the cracks of the world. As the creatures of the Void slowly appear one by one, whether in the desert of Shurima or far away in the peaks of Mount Targon, they have begun to thrive on the matter presented in this dimension. Kassadin, one who has seen what the Void will bring upon this world and chose to defy it, works endlessly to fight against the malicious and eldritch prophet of the Void known as Malzahar. An insane cult that wishes to offer the world to the mighty creatures of the Void, it works endlessly to slowly bring new and incredibly dangerous life into Runeterra. While many dangerous creatures that could easily dispatch even Runeterra's strongest warriors have already been summoned by the cult, nothing would surpass the creature they planned to summon on the eve of the next Harrowing. That year, the Harrowing would not just be felt in the areas relatively near the Shadow Isles, but all across the planet. It was not the undead that came for them this time, but the Void. After a ruthless chase involving Kassadin and Malzahar, the two finally met to battle within the heart of a building near the location of the once thought to be completely destroyed city of Icathia. The two clashed for what seemed like days when, suddenly, the most violent earthquake that had ever occurred on Runeterra shook the entire planet. A chill like none other filled the air and sent despair into the mind of Kassadin. The building began to collapse and screaming could be heard from below. Feeling an entity like none other approaching, Kassadin disappeared out of the room as Malzahar turned to behold one of the most powerful Void creatures to ever exist. A being that ruled over not a species of the Void, but an entire section of the dimension itself. The core of Runeterra wept as such a being tore open into this world, relentlessly sapping the matter in the surrounding atmosphere and earth. All across Runeterra, the weather began to violently change, ranging from a blizzard in Shurima to acidic rain in the Freljord. Monsoons engulfed the coasts of Ionia and the oceans seemed to boil. Even in the great beyond surrounding the planet of Runeterra, it seemed like light itself was being devoured. The being, Sha'Iroa, a being who thrives off of causing madness and despair in the minds of others, manifested into existence. Then, as quickly as it appeared, it vanished. A wave of malefic energy was sent across the planet of Runeterra, causing humans and many other beings in Runeterra to instantly die. The cause of all of their deaths being shared sent the entire world into shock, realizing that something had touched down into Runeterra and planned to destroy them all. When the bodies of those who had died were studied, all held one similarity: a melted brain. When the backgrounds of those who had died were studied, a vague similarity appeared: all had recently witnessed the death of a loved one within the past few days. When the most powerful of mages were allowed to study the brains, it appeared that all they could find and were allowed to study had been significantly depressed by such a loss. Beyond such findings, nothing could be explained about the mass destruction of life. The enigma of an event came to be known as The Requiem of the Weakened. In truth, Sha'Iroa's arrival upon Runeterra had caused such an event. It was a warning to all who lived on Runeterra. All who were not mentally strong and who did not give in to the Void were cursed to share a similar fate. After it's arrival, Sha'Iroa disappeared into the cosmos, seeking prey to devour in order to bolster it's brood before taking on the likes of Runeterra. Despite being a being of endless hunger like many other beings of the Void, Sha'Iroa was not blind to the fact that devouring a dimension required a strategy and careful planning to complete. While it was powerful enough to cause a genocide of thousands all across Runeterra, it wanted it's victims to feel completely helpless when it devoured their sanity. In time, Sha'Iroa would return to Runeterra. When it does, all will bow before it's might and the horde it will unleash upon the world.

Within the Void, there is a loose structure of beings. While nothing is certain and the Void has no true system that could be recognized as definite levels of power, some beings inevitably overpower others and gain the loyalty of that which it breeds. Due to this, a loose hierarchy exists within the Void that is constantly shifting based on who is the most powerful. From the teachings of our oh so powerful and wise prophet Malzahar, we have learned of four beings that have currently roughly divided the Void into sections of four for their own ruling. Our dimension's ethereal barrier between Runeterra and the Void sits within one of these sections. The one which we sit within is under the rule of the most powerful being within the Void based on the whispers it has told us. We have come to call it Sha'Iroa, which means "One Who Whispers" in ancient Icathian tongue. It is our dearest ally and teaches us much of what we need to know to summon creatures from the Void. However, in time, it will arrive on this world and bless it with it's infinite power. The world will crumble in it's wake, our dimension unable to have such a being exist within itself without collapsing. Once it arrives, it is only a matter of time before all is destroyed. Where it treads, the Void will materialize on our plane and unleash it's horrors. That is why it so powerful in truth. While the being itself is far beyond the power of any being ever researched or worshiped in our own plane of existence, it's true power lies in what it innately brings with it. We require the power contained within souls and various artifacts to open even small portals to the Void. Sha'Iroa knows no such limitation. It itself is a living, breathing bridge between our world and the Void, and nothing can stop it. Once it walks among us, it is only due time before the other three powerful void entities appear: Sha'Hori, the One Who Laughs, Sha'Gutor, the One Who Eats, and Sha'Xula, the One Who Crushes. Once all have appeared, our purpose will be fulfilled and we may ascend to serve our masters as powerful creatures of the Void so that we may bless other dimensions with such a gift. It is an honor I will gladly accept.

KIT Sha'Iroa, the One Who Whispers Main Role: N/A Secondary Role: N/A Health- 690 (+110 per level) Health Regen.- 10 (+0.7 per level) Mana- 250 (+50 per level) Mana Regen.- 5 (+1 per level) Armor- 24 (+4 per level) Magic Resist- 32.1 (+1.25 per level) Movement Speed- 325 Attack Damage- 59 (+3.25 per level) Attack Speed- 0.633 (+1.9% per level) Attack Range- 225 (Melee)
Passive- Subjugation of Worlds Innate: Sha'Iroa suffers a movement speed penalty of 25/20/15/10 reduced flat movement speed, 75% reduced bonus movement speed, and is unable to purchase Boots. However, Sha'Iroa hovers above impassable terrain and units, allowing it to move across the map unhindered by natural and player made impassable terrain, as well as ignoring unit collision. Enemies always have vision of Sha'Iroa as long as it is within 1250 units of an enemy champion. Levels: 1/6/11/16
Ability 1- Sanity Collapse Active: Sha'Iroa roots itself for 4 seconds and begins to whisper into the mind of the target enemy champion after a brief delay. While whispering in the mind of the target enemy champion, their vision radius begins to slowly fade and be reduced by 20/22.5/25/27.5/30% (+3% per 100 AP) each second. They will also not share and have access to allied vision during this time. If Sha'Iroa takes damage during this time, this effect is cleansed from the target and Sha'Iroa is freed from it's root. Every time Sha'Iroa's target takes damage from a champion during this effect, they will gain a stack of Despair. If the target gains 10/9/8/7/6 stacks of Despair during this time, they will be forced to flee from the source of the damage that caused the final stack of Despair for 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 seconds. Cost: 70/85/100/115/130 mana Cool Down: 37/34/31/28/25 seconds Range: 2750/3000/3250/3500/3750
Ability 2- Emergence of the Brood Passive: Sha'Iroa spawns a Void Brood once every 28/26/24/22/20 seconds that will attack the nearest enemy unit on the map besides epic monsters and enemy structures unless Sha'Iroa has basic attacked the epic monster or enemy structure within the last 5.5 seconds. If it encounters an enemy unit along the way to it's target that is closer to them due to a change in vision, it will go after that unit instead. Void Brood Stats Health- 200/225/250/275/300 (+10% bonus health) Armor- 15/20/25/30/35 (+2% bonus health) Magic Resist- 15/20/25/30/35 (+2% bonus health) Movement Speed- 360/375/390/405/420 Attack Damage- 7/14/21/28/35 (+1.75/2/2.25/2.5/2.75% max health) Attack Speed- 0.95/1.05/1.15/1.25/1.35 Attack Range- 125 (Melee) When a Void Brood is killed by an enemy unit, the killer is rewarded with 3/3/4/4/5 gold. Void Broods last until killed, but the time it takes to spawn a Void Brood will increased by 5 seconds for every Void Brood present on the map past 2/3/4/5/6 Void Broods. Sha'Iroa will not spawn a Void Brood below it if would spawn within impassable terrain. Instead, the cool down will freeze at 0.01 seconds until Sha'Iroa is no longer above impassable terrain. Toggle Off: Sha'Iroa deals 12/15/18/21/24 (+1% bonus health) magic damage each second to nearby enemies. Every time an enemy is damaged from this effect, the remaining time before another Void Brood is spawned is reduced by 0.1 seconds (increased by the same percentage as Sha'Iroa's cool down reduction). Toggle On: Sha'Iroa begins to radiate Void energy from itself, causing it to instead deal 24/30/36/42/48 (+2% bonus health) true damage each second to nearby enemies plus an additional 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5% (+0.5% per 100 AP) of their current health as bonus magic damage. Also, the remaining time reduced on spawning a Void Brood whenever an enemy is damaged by this effect is increased to 0.15/0.175/0.2/0.225/0.25 seconds (increased by the same percentage as Sha'Iroa's cool down reduction). Cost: 25/35/45/55/65 mana per second Cool Down: 2 seconds Aura Range: 400
Ability 3- Void Gateway Active: Sha'Iroa spawns a dimensional bridge that explodes into existence at the target location after a 1 second delay, dealing 45/70/95/120/145 (+60% AP) magic damage to nearby enemies and silencing them for 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 seconds. If Void Gateway damages at least one enemy, the dimensional bridge will persist for the next 5 seconds, causing a Void Brood to spawn from the dimensional bridge once every 3/2.5/2/1.5/1 second(s), spawning a total of 1/2/2/3/5 Void Broods over the duration. Void Broods spawned this way DO count towards the number of Void Broods present on the map to extend the spawn timer of a Void Brood from Emergence of the Brood. If the dimensional bridge would be spawned within impassable terrain, it is instead displaced to the nearest piece of passable terrain so Void Broods can spawn from it. Cost: 80/100/120/140/160 mana Cool Down: 21/19.5/18/16.5/15 seconds Range: 475 AoE Radius: 200
Ultimate- The Requiem of the Weakened Active: After channeling for 3 seconds, Sha'Iroa releases a wave of Void energy across the entire map in all directions from it's current location. Enemies the wave touches take 250/325/400 magic damage. Enemy champions hit are marked for 20 seconds, causing all Void Brood to prioritize the nearest marked enemy champion instead of the nearest enemy unit. Cost: 125/150/175 mana Cool Down: 205/195/185 seconds Range: Global Wave Speed: 1875

Sha'Iroa is a Summoner style champion that summons Void Broods to litter the map with it's kind. By hovering over the battlefield, this titanic champion's presence is well felt by the enemy team as simply being remotely near it will hamper the enemy team. While being able to easily overwhelm it's foes with Void Brood and constantly put them under pressure with Sanity Collapse and The Requiem of the Weakened, Sha'Iroa is very slow and cannot do much about it. It's opponents can make use of this flaw and their ability to always see Sha'Iroa if it is near them to constantly poke at and wear down the mighty being. Eventually, it will be unable to take such poke and fall to the earth, allowing Runeterra to live another day. Thanks for reading and any feedback is appreciated as long as it is constructive!
CHANGE LOG
June 20th, 1:25 PM EST
Ability 2- Emergence of the Brood
- Void Brood no longer spawn while you are above impassable terrain. Instead, the cool down is frozen until you are no longer above impassable terrain
- Burn Aura Range reduced to 400 from 450 (now has the same range as Sunfire Cape)
Ability 3- Void Gateway
- Clarified that Void Gateway cannot spawn in impassable terrain
- Void Gateway now has to damage an enemy (champion, monster, or minion) to create Void Broods (this is to remove gameplay that would encourage mindlessly spamming Void Gateway from a safe location so as to spawn a horde of Void Brood)
Ultimate- The Requiem of the Weakened
- Base Flat Damage increased to 100/125/150 from 100
June 20th, 6:00 PM EST
Ability 2- Emergence of the Brood
- Gold Bounty reduced to 3/3/4/4/5 from 5 at all ranks
Ultimate- The Requiem of the Weakened
- Missing Health Damage removed
- Base Flat Damage increased to 250/325/400 from 100/125/150
- No longer ignores 55/65/75% of the target's bonus magic resist
- Now causes enemy champions hit to be marked for 20 seconds, causing all Void Broods to prioritize the nearest marked enemy champion instead of the nearest unit while each champion is marked
- Mana Cost reduced to 125/150/175 mana from 150/175/200 mana
- Cool Down reduced to 205/195/185 seconds from 220/205/190 seconds
June 20th, 6:20 PM EST
Base Stats
- Base Armor increased to 24 from 20
Ability 2- Emergence of the Brood
- Void Brood Total Health changed to 200/225/250/275/300 (+10% bonus health) from 175/225/275/325/375 (+15% bonus health)
- Void Brood Total Attack Damage increased to 7/14/21/28/35 (+1.75/2/2.25/2.5/2.75% max health) from 5/10/15/20/25 (+1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25% max health)
- Void Brood Attack Speed increased to 0.95/1.05/1.15/1.25/1.35 from 0.75/0.9/1.05/1.2/1.35 Decided that it was better for both Sha'Iroa and her enemies to have more of the Void Brood's power located in their damage than their durability, so I reduced their durability (especially late game), to boost their DPS. This makes them feel like more of a threat for all stages of the game instead of just mid-late game, as well as making them less annoying to get rid of since 15% bonus health was a good amount for each unit to have. I also slightly increased Sha'Iroa's base armor as slight compensation since having your summons be easier to kill when you are all about summons is a big deal.
