Personally I took a rod that is waaaay bigger than it needs to be, wrapped a belt around it then smacked a book on it. It somehow became golden rod with a crystal on top of it.

please go read his story, his tooth would disappear along with him on defeat just to reappear with him when he does

this is why the league has special appointed crafters for such things, so that you can wield a nashor's tooth

everyone who plays league knows of at LEAST one craftsman for the league

Good question! No, Summoners, the Fields of Justice and the Institute are not canon within the fictional world of Runeterra. In-game, players are still referred to as summoners - but summoners won't be part of the story.
