Yes tibbers and annie both have had a huge overhaul on their models for this skin. It's a legendary skin, but it lacks any special animations or particles. Let's take a look at frostfire annie. Overhaul on models plus new particles for all abilities and it's a regular 975 skin. Can we have an update for some skins?

She does, but that's because she was visually updated long after Annie was. They've started adding new particles to old skins when they've been updating recent champs. Even then, compared to like Forecast Janna or Omega Squad Teemo, Firefighter Tristana is nowhere near an equivalent 1820 skin.

But that puts annie in wonderland WAYYY below a 1820 skin.. It's barely a 975 skin to be honest.
