(Fixed and Reworked) Harmony, Love's Redeemer

So, I released this champion earlier, and someone pointed out that she reminded of a character from SMITE. After I did some researching into SMITE and its characters, I saw what they were talking about, so I decided to remove Harmony and change her so that she is her own unique character. Some of the things are the same, most of the character is different (things like names, ideas, symbols, etc). The mechanics were different, but the ideas were similar, so here is the reworked and unique version of Harmony. Things are different will be italics, things are the same will not. Also, some of things I chose were just things I thought were common with the idea of love, like doves, bonds, kisses, etc.

Abilities

Passive: Everlasting Oaths

Harmony bonds herself with a single ally champion, this champion will be affected by all of her powers in more powerful ways than her other allies. Harmony may switch who is bonded to by channeling a new bond for 1.5 seconds. Allies can become bound by the orb that lies in Harmony's inventory, which levels as Harmony levels.

Effects:

AP - 5 AP, 10 HP, 25% Mana Regeneration, and 2 gold every 10 seconds, and has 1 charge of wards.

All level 6, Harmony's orb naturally changes to have 4 charges and gold income changes to 3 every 10 seconds.

AP - Increases by 5 per level. Mana Regeneration - Increases by 2.5% per level.

Unique: Harmony gains additional gold for every time her bound ally attacks a target, and up to 50 gold for every ally and enemy champion hit by her abilities up to a total of 3 times every 25 seconds.

Effects are listed with each respective power.

Q: The Rose's Touch

Range: 1000

Type: Skillshot w/healing and damage properties

Mana: 40/55/70/85/100

Harmony launches forth flower petals of a rose that deals 50/90/130/170/210 (+65% AP) magical damage to all enemies hit, and heals allies for 60/90/120/150/180 (+55% AP) health.

Everlasting Oaths: Passion - If Harmony's flowers hit either enemy champions, ally champions, or both, she and her bonded ally gain a shield that absorbs 50/80/110/140/170 (+55% AP) damage, for each additional champion hit after the first, the shield's strength is increased by 5/5/6/6/7%.

Cooldown: 9/8/7/6/5 seconds

W: Charmer's Embrace

Range: 650 (cast around Harmony and bonded ally)

Type: AoE

Mana: 80 (all levels)

Harmony pulses a magical aura that charms enemies into walking towards her, or her bonded ally, depending on who hit them and damages them for 60/90/120/150/180 (+65% AP) magical damage. The charm lasts .75/.75/1/1/1.25 seconds. Her and her bonded both pulse the ability and deal separate damage.

Everlasting Oaths: Awe - If an enemy is hit by both Harmony's and her bonded ally's Charmer's Embrace they are stunned for 2 seconds.

Cooldown: 20/20/18/18/16 seconds

E: Warmth

Range: 100

Type: Self Buff

Mana: 80 (all levels)

Passive: When her bonded ally stands near her, they are healed for 1/2/3/4/5 (+5% AP) health per second. (Only activate outside of combat for at least 2 seconds)

Active: (This disables the passive while on cd) Harmony ignites her and her bonded allies basic attacks for the next 1/1/1.25/1.25/1.5 seconds. These deal 20/25/30/35/40 (+30% AP) additional magical damage on hit.

Everlasting Oaths: Unity - When Harmony and her bonded ally attack the same target, they ignite the target for additional 30/35/40/45/50 (+25% AP) magical damage for over the next 2 seconds, this can be re-applied every time they attack the same target.

Cooldown: 15/13.5/12/10.5/9 seconds

R: Dance of Roses

Range: 975

Type: AoE

Mana: 100

Harmony conjures a ring of rose petals to swarm a targeted area, swirling and dancing the air. Allies inside this area heal for 75/100/125 (+65% AP) health per second, and enemies are damaged for 100/125/150 (+75% AP) magical damage per second. This ability lasts 4 seconds.

Everlasting Oaths: True Love - If both Harmony and her bonded ally are present inside the ring, their healing and damage are increased by 30/40/50%

Cooldown: 140/100/60 seconds

Lore: (Short and Sweet)

(I usually write pretty big lores... but I think it is time I write something short and sweet for a change, for those that don't enjoy really 10 pages worth of print C^:)

As it is said, Mt. Targon is the place of dreamers and idealists, a place where the sun and stars watch over the world with their beautiful gaze. But, there is another aspect of the mysterious mountain. It is the Lover's Aclove, a place where men and women alike may go and let their wishes of love be heard. All of these wishes fall on the ears of Lady Harmony, a mixture of star and sun, she stands as the mistress who blesses humankind with the gift of everlasting love.

She comes now to grace the world with her oath of undying protection from things most foul and hateful in nature.

I hope this fixed her! I honestly just wanted a champion that revived the theme of bonds teamwork, but was uniquely different. I made a mistake, and I will own that mistake, and hopefully this rework fixed and saved Harmony!

Beautiful champion concept, I really want this in the game! Her and Kalista would be fun with all the bonds! I personally think she'd be a very fun champion to play and the artwork is very pretty.

I love the skillset, but there's WAY too much healing + scaling on it. People wouldn't build support items and would just go full AP. Also the E range should be more like 10-20. You'd have to align perfectly for it to work if it had a range of 1.

Probably one of the best concepts I've seen so far.

I really like the concept but theres a few concerns I have. Even though riot would probably never create a champion based off of fan concepts (sigh) I think harmonys a tad broken. Firstly, her passive is extremely hit or miss. I like the upgrading mechanic but it doesn't seem to fit thematically and reminds me of Viktor/kalista(her e is basically kalista passive but stronger), ignoring that for a second it requires at least 5 kills or assists which is great if bot lane is inting but thats not always the case. Assuming bot lane isnt inting Harmony would have to buy a sightstone before she acquired one from her passive to effectively grant her team map vision, which would just put her behind once her passive upgrades effectively wasting 800 gold. Not to mention with current support gold generation items Harmony would be forced to build either Talisman or Frostqueens if she did activate her passive - or ignore both items entirely. If she did get SS from her passive she'd only have 3 charges which puts her behind in the vision score as enemies can still remove her wards making her sightstone interaction detrimental in both cases (purchasing and acquiring from passive). Also it'd be really busted if she could have 7 wards from ss + passive so. Moving on, her W is extremely powerful. Even though its a short range and long cooldown its basically immunity for Harmony and her adc as enemies hit are charmed, presumably until the ability ends as there is no set duration and it isnt a skillshot so the only counterplay to this botlane all in is morgana e, this might be fine as an ultimate because its a one time peel use and not a kite tool ( with 45% cdr it'd be around a 10s cd so you could use it 2-4 times in an extended fight which is basically a free victory against anyone trying to dive in and cc/assassinate the adc (Syndra excluded). Finally her Ultimate. Is sort of reminds me of a janna ultimate but a bit stronger in certain areas - firstly I dont think it should deal damage as harmony is already dealing a ton of magic dmg for a support while having insane peel ( I'd basically build her as a zyra at this point). The heal I like but maybe nerf the ratio a bit and instead of dealing dmg maybe slow enemy champions (zone control peel ultimate). Thematically I like this concept and I really enjoy the fact that its centered around her and her adc but I think she provides way to much for a support - she's like a rakan/janna/Soraka combined which is a lot to deal with for one champion. I really enjoy the artwork and the thought process behind her though and I think with a bit of adjusting she'd be an awesome addition to the rift (dammit rito accept our concepts D:) overall though good job and I hope to see more from you ! :)

I can still see bits of Aphrodite here and there, but overall a nice concept.
