Vivi, the Grandest Star

Vivi [vee - vee] is a female yordle with golden blonde fur. Vivi is someone who adoooores the spotlight, ah yes, very much so. She does her tricks and flips and stunts and taunts all over and where ever she goes, on the ground and through the air, she wants the attention and she gets it as people come far and wide searching for where ever Vivi may be next!

If you ever wonder what would happen if you didn't pay attention to Vivi? Well, she hunts you down and kills you when no one is watching, and because she is so flexible, quickible, and nimblible there is no escaping her wrath! To the grand public she is just this fun loving, super adorable, light-hearted and fun little yordle that everyone loves! Since she kills everyone that sees her dark side there are never any witnesses so as far as anyone knows she is the greatest yordle popstar of all of Runeterra that everyone loves and is absolutely perfect!

Did I forget to mention she is popstar as well? Whoopsie me! That is right is not only an acrobatic but also a singer! She can do it all and is absolutely perfect! Just do not mind the evil laughter at times or the fact that she talks to herself while writing journal entries, or you know the fact that she writes about her dark form and acknowledges the fact that she has one, or that fact that Vivi refers to herself in third person... SHE'S NOT CRAZY OKAY! SHE PROOOOOMISES VIVI GOT IT CHECKED OUT WHEN VIVI WAS JUST A WEEEE LITTLE YORDLE (herparentsmadehergo)! But now Vivi is in the big city of Piltover baby!

AND READY TO ROOOOOOOCK!!!

VIVI IS A HUNTRESS YO! Vivi is a marksman, she uses tiny duo-arrow shooters with mini metal arrows with very advanced hextech technology in them, she built them herself - IforgottomentionthatViviisageniusyordleaswell. Essentially they are duo-pistols that shoot arrows.

Vivi's gameplay is about dipping and dodging all about, both in kiting making her a type of duelist-marksman to a degree, but she has a degree of impatience and demands for action! So when she hasn't attacked anything for awhile then she starts to hunt for the closest enemy champion, this where her mobility comes into play, and if she hasn't KILLED (not those wimping assists) anything for awhile she starts to go crazy and blood thirsty receiving greatly enhanced stats until she receives a takedown [epic monsters, structures, champions] which calms her mind afterwards and resetting her stats to normal with a plentiful of bonus gold for achieving the quest - she becomes a great comeback queen!

The craziness never triggers if Vivi has the most kills since she has the spotlight, and goes crazy very quickly if she has the least kills since no one notices her, everything in the middle ranges between frequent and rare based on her kills to everyone else's.

Basic Attack Range: 525 units Attack Speed: 0.690 +1% per level Movement: 340 units per second

GIVE ME THE SPOTLIGHT! (Passive): Vivi is a bit of a diva... well actually a lot of a diva and she demands the spotlight!

If Vivi has not been damaged by an enemy champion in the last 180 to 5 seconds then she becomes crazy indefinitely until she gains a kill or assist from any takedown. Kills and assists against takedowns also makes her crazy for 3 seconds.

While crazy, Vivi increases her total attack damage, total attack speed, and total attack range by 20%, but moves 20% slower when moving away from nearby visible enemy champions.

Vivi's frequency of going crazy is based on her current kills and assists, the less she has the quicker she starts to go crazy. If Vivi has the most kills, and not tied for the most, then she enters the spotlight! The spotlight makes her go crazy after 210 seconds of not taking damage from enemy champions.

Backflip and Twirl (Q): Cooldown: 6/5/4/3/2 seconds; Cost: 50/45/40/35/30 mana; Range: 300 units Passive: While Vivi is in the spotlight, Backflip and Twirl's base cooldown is reduced by 1.5 seconds and the mana cost is halved.

Active: Vivi does a back flip behind her. Upon casting another basic ability or basic attacking while in the air causes her to twirl through-out the air. Can jump in mid-air during Styling.

Passive: If Vivi basic attacks an enemy champion while in the air then Backflip and Twirl's cooldown is refunded.

Style Shots! (W): Cooldown: 18/16.5/15/13.5/12 seconds; Cost: 40 mana; Range: 1000 units Vivi fires two arrows in the target direction dealing a combined 40/55/70/85/100(+75%AD) physical damage to enemies they pass through.

If Vivi uses Style Shots while in the air then the shots will deal double damage and for the next 4 seconds she fires two attacks every basic attack with the second attack only dealing 20% damage, both attacks apply on-hit effects in full.

Styling (E): Cooldown: 14/12/10/8/6 seconds; Cost: 30 mana; Range: 400 / +300 units Vivi does a front flip. If Vivi was already in the air then she does a hand stand upon landing to do another flip forward. Can jump in mid-air during Backflip and Twirl.

While in the air from Styling she gains 20/35/50/65/80% bonus attack speed for 3 seconds if she attacks an enemy or structure.

My Dark Side (R): Cooldown: 160/120/80 seconds; Cost: 100 mana; Range: 2000 units / Global Passive: While Vivi is crazy she reveals the closest nearby enemy champion and gains 20/30/40% bonus movement speed towards it.

Active: Vivi reveals all enemy champions for 5 seconds. During this time she becomes crazy and enhances the effects to 25/30/35% for the next 5 seconds.

UPDATE:

GIVE ME THE SPOTLIGHT!: The spotlight time to go crazy is now 210 seconds rather than immunity to go crazy, this will offer cool opportunities for her team, specifically games that the other team is trying to stall out and makes no proactive plays.

Style Shots!: Passive removed.

My Dark Side: Reworked. Passive moved from Style Shots! Reveals the closest enemy within 2000 units and gains bonus movement speed while Vivi is crazy. Active is no longer invisibility to everyone except for the target enemy champions; now reveals all enemies for a short period, turns her crazy for the same duration if she wasn't already crazy, and for the same short duration enhances the effects of craziness.

Cool conecept buuut theres a couple problems

  1. There already is a character with a similar mentality and that's Draven
  2. You get rewarded for not getting kills by getting free damage and you get punished for getting kills by the damage getting taken away

everyone will think I named myself off of the evil/sweet popstar yordle. I would have to name myself after a different Final Fantasy character
