This is a champion idea I came up using my obsession with Wendigos. I don't have any lore yet, but i have concept art and a kit idea.

**Passive: Deadly Craving **– Getting kills or assists grants a permanent stack of Deadly Craving (increased armor, movement speed and attack speed). Killing jungle creatures, siege minions and super minions will grant ¼ of a stack.

**Q: Savage Leap **– Raethius leaps in a direction, knocking up and dealing damage to the first enemy champion he hits. Minions and jungle creatures he passes through are also damaged and knocked up. Savage Leap can be used to go over terrain. Skill Shot

W: Bloodlust (Active) – Raethius bites a target, dealing damage; while causing the target to bleed.

(Passive) – Enemy champions hit with Bloodlust become Raethius’s Obsession and are tracked for 15 seconds. Tracked enemies are fully visible wherever they go; but only to Raethius. Additionally, AA's dealt to the obsession are dealt as true damage. Empowered Auto Attack

E: Rabid Strikes – For 5 seconds, Raethius gains bonus armor for the missing health of up to two nearby enemies.

R: Panic – Raethius uses a death quote from one of the enemy champions. Enemies within a certain radius are then feared. Raethius's next damaging ability to a feared enemy deals extra damage that heals him, while ending the fear.

Not to shut you down or anything because it could be a cool concept but..... these abilities are incredibly similar to Warwick's.

good concept but a little too creepy for me.

Funny thing was, I was about to do a 'wendigo' inspired champion till I saw this! LOL

I do like his passive and W and Q, but I do have some issues with his E and his ult.

He already get's empowered AA from his W so his E also empowering them as well is a bit much. So I would suggest that you change his W so those Raethius is obsessed with get true damage dealt to them while his E gives him armor based on how much health an enemy champion doesn't have.

His Ult it isn't bad but I feel it doesn't really fit with the 'Wendigo' fantasy as they were spirits who possessed people to drive them to cannibalism for the sack of their own survival. So how about you make it similar to Morde's ult where when he kills an enemy champion, or lowers them to a certain health threshold, they become a possessed by the Wendigo, sharing a part of Raethius's stats (namely his armor, movement speed and attack speed) Raethius inhabits their body they gain health from killing minions or champions, when they kill champions the credit goes to Raethius. The ult ends after a certain time in which the possessed champion dies and Raethius becomes targetable but the healing the champion got while possessed goes to him.

Granted this is your champion and you can go whatever you wish, this is merely a suggestion.

His W would be totally broken. People would just use it on the enemy jungler early game and now there is no more need to ward for your entire team. Just put a ping on the enemy every 5 seconds or so and your entire team knows where the jungler is.
