So are comics going to be a regular thing now?

If so, I look forward to some awesome story telling.

I really wish Riot keeps doing these

I hope so, there are so many little details people ask that these comics can and are starting to deliver on. This last one alone explained how Heimerdinger and Ziggs actually hide their true forms to live in big cities, which could have a MAJOR impact on future Yordle related lore. Could even turn out that Bandle City employs the same tactic when a human wonders too close to Bandle City. For all we know, people think Bandle City is a town of dwarfs or something. And that isn't even going over the fact that each of these comics delve into what each champ is like in a more or less day to day setting and what kind of things they deal with. I just hope that these are not cutting into the release of bigger lore updates. As much as I love these comics, it would be hard to pick between comics that update 1-2 champs give or take every two weeks or a region update that updates 5+ lores at once every two months.

Seems likely. Not to say I know the future or anything but this is comic #3 in the span of a few weeks. We're probably going to stop getting them sometime soon for a bit (As they have to make more) but overall it's not something I assume Riot would shelve.

Yeah, these comics have been great so far I just wish there was someplace I could view all of them collectively, including the older ones for Ekko Poppy and Taric.

I really hope that this is becoming more regular because this is honestly the only thing that's keeping me around League at this point. Gameplay at this point is just a joke to me and I know preseason is coming up with runes so it might be better, but considering all the work Riot has done in recent years with mini-class updates (which now have ended THANK YOU), horrid metas by items added and just everything else that makes the game a nightmare, like mobility/CC creep and snowbally/stomp/short-lived matches, I'm just going to assume it's going to be the same.

But their lore for the world of League and the champs in it I feel has improved dramatically. The backgrounds, the short stories, the comics, anything like that is what keeps me around. I actually feel more interested in these characters when I look at their stories they have and the characters they interact with than those small dialogues that they have in-game, many of which just feel and are outdated. I honestly would love it if they could make an official comic series that has a narrative story to it, like most comic stories like Injustice or Civil War (not exactly like these stories but just something that has a flowing narrative). I just prefer what the story of League is going to turn or show next than what broken item the game has to show next season.

But the art in the Nami and Darius comics together with the older ones was a lot better than the Jinx/Ziggs one, they should keep that direction instead of this one

I hope so. Even though I wasn't a fan of the most recent one (the development of Yordle lore was nice, but Jinx edged a little too much towards "lol random" territory during certain parts in my opinion and while her and Ziggs being partners is a fun idea the end seems to indicate that they're sticking together as a duo and in the longterm I think Jinx would work better as a solo act) I've enjoyed the quick and well drawn deeper looks into specific champions.

I love the new comics and all the different styles they've gone for.
