So I noticed that in Pool Party 
splash art there was 
in the background.
Why is there no Pool Party Orianna?

They're not finished putting a clear coat on 'er so the water doesn't rust her gears...
Iirc Ori doesn't actually wear anything in her base splash.
So thematically I know they would have to, but logically, why put more clothes on when going to the beach?
There are alot of champions in the poolparty splasharts which don't have their poolparty skins yet.
