Anyone feel like trying to make some new items?
I'm not sure how many of you remember Black Market Brawlers, but the idea around that mode was that it used special, never before seen items in the shop. Some of those items have been added into the game, and one rather early on (Hi

However, with dead man's and lost chapter being in the normal game, we may have to have a few new items tossed into the market. Hell, an entire set of new items would be amazing, but one can only dream.
So, let's brainstorm! I'll start off with a single item, for now.
Tornado Blade
Build path:

Stats: 20 AD, 70% attack speed
Unique: 10% Cooldown Reduction, 15 bonus physical damage on hit.
UNIQUE Active: Gain +50% movement speed, decaying over 1 second (updated from 2 seconds). Removes all slows when activated.
No idea where to go on this one; all I know is that it would be nice to have an attack speed item that wasn't based on crit or lifesteal (as nice as you are
, you're kind of expensive and pretty much for tank hunting)
Archmage's Scroll
Build path:

Stats: 100 AP, 300(from 500) mana
Unique passive: Upon leveling up, restore 20% of mana over 3 seconds.
Unique passive: Increase maximum mana by 25%
Not the best name, probably. Either way, an item that would work well with champions dedicated to having an immense mana pool. It would probably be a nightmare to balance and picked up quite often, but hey. (The mana reduction from 500 was taking into account that it amplifies all mana.)

Stats: 600 health (from 650), 100% base health regen, 40 armor, 20 Magic Resist (from 30)
Unique Passive: Cold Steel: When hit by basic attacks, reduce the attacker's attack speed by 15% for 1 second
Unique Aura: Legion: Grant nearby allies 10 magic resist.
Unique Aura: All nearby allies deal an additional 10% damage (reduced from 15%)
An item built more for supports and tanks for the end game; increasing the damage dealt of allies nearby (this includes minions!) while moving them into the front line more easily.

From GinoSoldier, say hello to his line of AD support items! They rely on autoattacks to gain the gold bonus rather than just spell hits.
