If League of Legends were a Create-A-Champion type of game..?

Where instead of picking a champion, those Champions instead exist as trainers, or "Templates" for you to gain skills from--skills that alongside your choses class and subclass will provide certain stat increases/decreases to your character; and in their place you play with your own custom Champion. To go along with the system, it's up to us as players to create the design and biography of our Champions. All of the original lore is there for the characters, but as new characters, locations, factions, etc are added it only provides more for us to draw from. Instead of buying champions for thousands upon thousands of BE we'd instead purchase clothing or weapon designs, animations, taunts, or those Champions as ability trainers for much lower prices. Even without Champions to purchase, we could still purchase Epic, Legendary, Ultimate variations of above-mentioned products and collect them all as our own Skins. As a game, it wouldn't replace League but act as another project for Riot.

To that idea, I ask you:

What's their race? Where did they originate? Where do they live now? What nation do they hold allegiance to? What Faction are they affiliated with? What Champions are they affiliated with? Ranged or Melee? Attack or Ability-focused? What passive would you have? Who's abilities would you use? What's your Champion's primary class? Secondary class? Anything significant about their story?

All the Fan-Fiction aside, how interested in something like this would people be? It gives a personal touch to every game while still having something for Riot to sell us and make money off. As well, I feel that it'd be easier to balance things on an individual level than it is having to balance Champions as a whole.

Personally, I feel like I'd be much more interested in a game like this instead of what we have now. I always find myself growing tired of playing Champions because none of them are really what I'm interested in playing. Then there's the debate of inclusiveness among other things...

My champion would be a Fox Vastaya with two tails, he originates from the freljord and currently are staying in Bilgewater. He prefers the Avarosan tribe in the Freljord but is not strictly alligned with any nation or group.

He would respect Ashe, finding her to be beautiful, but he would not love her or anything like that. He would similarly respect Sejuani as a person but disagree with her ideals. While living in Bilgewater he would be interested in Illaoi's teachings and be attracted to Miss Fortune, in particular to her violent side. He would actually be indifferent to Gangplank, but curious about Pyke's unnatural existence.

He would be Melee, with a hybrid focus, his passive would be Kat's Voracity, and he would similarly use double blades conjured of magical ice, his abilities would be, Q - Kat's old W, but with a shorter cooldown and less damage, autoing lowers its cd, his W would be Warwick's Bloodhunt, his E would be Kindred's Dance of Arrows mixed with Akali's current E, his ultimate would be a 2 Charge Ahri ult that would provide E marks.

I feel like that would be cool as a separate game as league is too defined for a change that major to be made.

Tell the truth this is what i thought league did when they changed the ruins came back found no real change. A game like this is what needs to be made the lore and Whatnots are really an extra imo

I would get into this...but I'll let my like dozen champion concepts speak for themselves in terms of champion ideas. :P
