Frozen Watcher Velkoz

I mean think about it, the description of the Frozen Watchers fit pretty well. One eye, and has icy tentacles, similarly to arch light where he has yellow tentacles. Death animation could be where the tentacles dissipate and he turns to stone and possibly crumbles like death animation. The abilities is obviously going to be ice blasts and stuff, but the passive indicator could be something different.
