Please no. He is annoying enough.

There is nothing more rage-inducing than dying to one of his shrooms, while he's not even alive. Plus, on maps like 3v3 and Ascension/Dominion, he can place those things everywhere, so that would get old incredibly quickly.

That's only on Summoner's Rift, where Teemo is much less of a pain to deal with.

Yes, I am fully aware of Oracle's man. It doesn't make him any less of a pain to play against, especially if you're gold starved because his team has a lead. Oracle's doesn't help if you're behind, especially if you're playing an item dependent champion/someone with low utility, which is likely one of the reasons they got rid of it on SR.

At least Shaco and Eve take some effort to piss people off. The skill gap between average Shaco/Eve players and great ones is significantly large. In comparison, Teemo will be annoying no matter who is playing him, as long as he builds some AP.
